Default Waves - facts and figures

Just a little poll inside this forum for HDX(!) users.

Paste and copy and fill in your answers.

1. Have you already dumped Waves?
Yes: (X)
No: ( )

2. WUP increase next year:
I have already WUPed this year: ( )
I wait what will come and risk losing 100$ instead of 200$: (X)

3. Waves plugin replacements:
I found a replacement for every Waves plugin I use(d): (X)
I didn´t find acceptable replacements: ( )

4. Do you think there are plugins which are at least as good as Waves?
Yes: (X)
No: ( )

5. Do you think the quality of music depends on a plugin manufacturer?
Yes: ( )

No: (x) but I am not using their PIs on new projects

2. WUP increase next year:
I have already WUPed this year: ( )
I wait what will come and risk losing 100$ instead of 200$: (X)

3. Waves plugin replacements:
I found a replacement for every Waves plugin I use(d): ()
I didn´t find acceptable replacements: (x) on about 2 PIs the rest yes

4. Do you think there are plugins which are at least as good as Waves?
Yes: (X)
No: ( )

No: (X) - I use and will continue to use app. 10-30 PI's which I will gladly use in the mixing process as AAX-Native (assuming we will never see AAX-DSP)

2. WUP increase next year:
I have already WUPed this year: ( )
I wait what will come and risk losing 100$ instead of 200$: ()
I have WUPed when I purchased my last Waves PI before the price increase was announced and have WUP valid until 2014 (X)

3. Waves plugin replacements:
