[PC] MC Control do not see Windows as an APP

The MC Control does not see Windows Explorer as an application.
When I had my MC Control connected to my MAC and used the PC as a workstation, the MC Control would recognize Windows Explorer as an application, I had softkeys programmed to launch my favorite apps, and shortcut keys for all kinds of things within Windows.
All you had to do is click anywhere on the desktop and the application in focus would become Windows Explorer. When you do that now, it simply displays or stays connected to the last open app.
I am using Windows 7 Pro 64bit.

I submitted a support ticket on this. I will post any reply I get even though no one seems to care.

I spoke with Euphonix support.
Right now Eucon does not recognize Windows Explorer as application. They are aware of this and may or may not fix it in the future.
I pointed out the the Mc Pro console works just fine with windows this way, but apparently this version of Eucon is different and may not work the same way.
Too bad because one of the great features of the Mc Control is to program the soft keys however you want with whatever app your are working with. I work with Windows quite a bit, go figure it is the OS after all.
If they get enough requests for this, they may devote more resources to fix it.
So I suggest to contact them with a feature request.
