Default HD Native tracking latency with no plugs?

I was thinking about trading in my HD Accel cards for an HD Native card. The one thing I hear is a disadvantage would be the latency while tracking with plugins. On my current system, I rarely use TDM plugins, and never put RTAS plugins on track that were recording. Would latency be comparable with the HD Native card? I don't plan on putting a plugins on a track that is recording, and I'd also like to know if it's still viable to keep rtas plugins on my tracks that are just being played back, while recording a few tracks of audio. What about midi? I never record more than 8 tracks simultaneously, it's important to know that I'll still be able to do this.

Thanks for the help!

The power of Native is having a Native system that is capable of running at H/W Buffer settings of 64 and 32 Samples.

HD Native carries no guarantee. That is, tracking with inserted plug-ins or not at H/W Buffer sizes of 64 Samples or lower is not guaranteed on a host-based system. What I'm saying is the user needs to pick the right computer.

Is it any different tracking on Native than on an LE track? Doesn't LLM kill any plugs or sends on the track? Is there an onboard way just to hear reverb?

Tony Cariddi explains LLM.

He mentions he was on HD9. I don't know if it was different for that, or if the PCI meter only shows in HD10 with the other meters (disk cache, timline cache, etc.
