OK.I'v got Tiger on my G4 Powerbook running PTLE 6.7 no problem,although tech support here sent me an email today saying that Tiger does not support it. But my G4 desktop will not recognize either the Mbox or 002.What gives?

No,it's driving me nuts that I cannot get my desktop to run ANY protools and tech says it won't because of Tiger.The possibility of me being a moron is very high,but there you go

And I am running PTLE 6.7 on Tiger as we speak on my Powerbook,but it still makes too much noise (I have ny tower in the next bedroom closet with all of the connections running through the wall). Am I the only one?

I don't see what the mystery is, Digidesign is obviously waiting till they've got ProTools LE running on all the supported platforms before saying PTLE works with 10.4. If it works on your PowerBook, that's nice. 6.7 and Digi 002 definitely didn't work on my Mac mini with Tiger - I haven't installed Tiger on my PowerBook yet, so I don't know about that one.

FWIW , I have noticed just now that the Digi core mgr opens up on my tower when I open Windows Media Player,can't seem to get to why that is.Still showing 002 not connected,in use by other app(-1133) I have never opened WM on my Powerbook,and I won't now for sure,and I will not download any Apple updates into the Powerbook either,I'm just happy I've got SOME PTLE working around here.Geez

I (because I am lucky enough to have two systems) Decided the first day Tiger came out to put it on my powerbook . Out of curiosity I plugged in my 002 and launced protools....the only problem seemed to be that it couldnt find drives to write audio to but this is a major enough problem to make protools useless. So Id say the likelihood of anyone using protools on tiger with their powerbook is about nill.

I may be an an anomoly ( used to it by now) but,swear to god I am doing it. Power book G4 1GHz 1 GB SDRAM w/Tiger 10.4.1 running PTLE 6.7 to a Digi002.I'll Icam anyone to prove it,don't know how I did it but I DID
