Sonivox Plug ins and Pro Tools MP 9

Has anyone used Sonivox plug ins before and knows how to use them through Pro Tools MP 9? I have the Sonviox dub step destruction tools pack and the Avid Mobile Pre. I am completely new at all this so somebody please help me out

I don't really understand how to get these plug ins into pro tools. I installed everything already if thats a concern.
