Hi everyone, I'm new to the board and my name is Jeff, I have a problem that i hope can be resolved by the great minds here. Please can you help

im running pro tools LE 7.1.1 with mbox 2. I was asked by my mac to upgrade my quicktime, which i did, only to find that my pro tools would not open. I thought the problem night have been my pro tools and so i upgraded to cs2. The pro tools remained closed. Eventually i found out that i had to upload the quicktime combo package for macs. Now my pro tools could open. But...Now i cannot find any of my songs but one. The other songs are not in their original folders and wat i did find were not .ptf but some scattered wav files of songs.

I do not have any of my songs backed up and i am in big trouble if i don/t retrieve them,

Can my songs be retrieved? Help!!!
