ProTools 12.7 ' Key stroke in windows bugged ?

In windows only the ' key [[ key to the left of the return key ]] work fine when the application first starts .. after a while it almost always changes function. Normally hitting ' key moves the edit cursor to the next region boundary , but after editing for a while it stops working and instead cycles through the (shuffle slip spot and grid) options.

Has anyone else experienced this ?

Is it possible I'm hitting another key combination that changes the what the keyboard is focused ? Weird thing is that all the other keys seem to work normally it's just the ' key.

On Mac at home works fine .. all versions are 12.7 .. Help ..

Check your keyboard language when the behavior occurs.

I'll have a look at the language when this happens. If i switch to notepad for example the key works fine it's only in ProTools where the ' key is not working as expected.
