Any SPL Passeq TDM users with this issue

Hi,

Recently bought this in the PA sale and really like it but the tom has something funky going on when using a combination of boost level and certain LF bands. it just goes into mammoth distortion. (The native version is fine)..

Doubt PA will be going back to fix a TDM plugin now. just wondered if other have seen this.

huh, yeah i just got the native version...(i really like it) no TDM cards....


but the native version doesn't have the issue huh?

Hi,

Yeah the native version is fine! Really nice EQ but want to use the TDM version it's the main reason I bought it.

The link should be working? Anyone not able to view the video?

Don't have that plugin but have the TDM version of the transient designer and it is fine. I do, however, have weird distortion problems with their Elysia MPressor plugin. Also the BX TDM stuff works sometimes and other times freezes and cease's to work. I think that you're right about them not going back and fixing my any TDM problems unfortunately. Hopefully the AAX DSP versions work better. I'll try them on my HDX system at some point and report back. Unfortunately, I don't use it for professional work at the moment due to lack of sufficient DSP plugins.
