Can Not Log In To Application Manager
I tried logging in to the application manager and it's stuck at this screen (See Screenshot Below)
It is worth noting Pro Tools is running just fine. I've been recording and mixing and exporting the past few days without any problems despite the occasional crash at start up (I'll provide a second screenshot for that) But yeah the application manager is unusable and stuck at authentication. To reiterate, Pro Tools itself is running just fine.

I am able to log in now. However It's been brought to my attention that Pro Tools First is on version 12.8 now and my version is 12.3.1. The application manager is not giving me an option to update Pro Tools First. How can I update it?
I've attached a screenshot.

I'll look into your report about Application Manager, but in the meantime you can download the Pro Tools First 12.8 installer from your Avid account > My Products

I had the same problem. The Application wasn't doing anything, besides creating constant activities.
I also had to download the update directly from the Avid.com account page
