I just went to the website and clicked on the upgrade online link, took me straight to the store.

Does the €29 upgrade take you to the full version of each of the plugs? B/c it's not really clear

Yes, upgrading unlocks additional functionality. I found it to be worth it.

yes it gives some added functionality , removes a banner from the plug , and also allows you to resize , re-skin etc with the plugs
