Default Trying to reduce all fader levels in 002 6.4 WIn

Trying to reduce all faders equally - pre-master. I select all (like it used to work) but all faders jump to 0db!

Can't find an answer.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to Duc

select group ALL on left of mixer view them move 1 of the faders, they all should move equally, just keep in mind if you have vol automation it dont work the same.

If there a way to move volume automation equally with the faders clue me in?

Can't you select all, make sure you have ALL tracks on Volume display & use the trim tool. This should retain any automation shouldn't it, just at a lower volume. No?

What doesn't work? I'm running 6.4 as well, all you should be doing is trimming all the volume levels lower. Make sure you're not using a fader, use the trimmer.

It works track by track - and retains automation - I just can't get all 22 tracks to reduce together.

I used to be able to CTRL/SHIFT with everythin selected - and all tracks on volume view - and pull them all down equally.

Basically the same thing happened to me tonight. I just wanted to ride the volume of one group (4 tracks) for 3 words and it kept undoing my set volume faders and set panning.
