PT 9 error messages with Kontakt 5… Mac 10.6.8
Hi, and thanks in advance…
I'm using Kontakt 5.0.2, and saving User Presets to: HD>Library>App Support>DigiDesign>Kontakt5. I upgraded to Kontakt 5.0.3 & now, when I try to open K5 with one of my user pre sets, I get an error messages that look like this: *4^&• or •§£# and many other combination of strange letterings. I hit OK, and it opens up Kontakt 5, but my patch is not there. So I navigate to where I saved the patch and try to load it and I get this error message: “Unexpected data chunk (file corrupt)”. So I can’t load my user pre sets! This is a big problem! So many songs, so many user patches. Has anybody else had to deal with this issue? I contacted NI and they said they’d get back to me, so far they haven’t. When I save all of my other NI plug ins as well as other 3rd party plug ins in this fashion, this method works just fine. I did an uninstall/reinstall of Kontakt 5.0.0 & upgraded to Konakt 5.0.2 The issue still exists... Most of the patches I created were with Kontakt 5.0.2. I haven’t yet upgraded again to 5.0.3. All the trouble started when I upgraded to 5.0.3. I have no idea what to do! Thanks, Keith |
