Technical support from Digi?


I am from South Africa, so contacting Digi via telephone is not practical as two people suggested here on the forum I should do, for example time zone ECT….
Why can I not receive support via e-mail? just let me know anything would be fine, My dealer has e-mail details that is not listed as well know whom to deal with the correct people too…...still not a reply regarding this matter why?

I just had a feedback from my local dealer saying the reason they did not reply to me regarding the Digi Translator, well they have not had any reply from Digi.

What will it take me to get the support from Digi that I as a client deserve?

I have not used this before so I can not say what the turn around time is. Digidesign has been pretty good to me so far in terms of customer support, but I live in the U.S.
