Default Big Problems w 10.3.1 on OSX 10.7.4 w D-Control

Trashed Prefs TWICE today to no avail.
1. Can't press play & record to initiate record, Must arm track, press record button then the spacebar, like the old days.
2. D-Control channel strips, with exception of touching and or trimming automation, any track that gets modified in any way goes into read/trim mode.
3. Grid set box, where you set the grid timebase IE Bars and Beats, timecode, mins / secs, and size of grid IE 1/4 notes or 1 frame or 100ms, goes blank for no reason.
10.2 worked a LOT better for me.
