Bought Pro Tools Subscription, doesn't show in iLok License Manager
Hi, I bought Pro Tools Subscription which expire in 2020. It shows in my AvidApplicationManager but it doesn't show in my iLok License Manager.
I have brought this issue in Avid Support Center but they mentioned that my account's subscription ends in May 2019. Please help. |

Welcome to the community.
Please check to see if you might have multiple iLok accounts. We've helped a few other customers that didn't realize they had created a second account during product activation, and had their iLok on one account with licenses in the other.
