Shouldn't you always dial FX in perfectly? I wouldn't want a delay all over the place or unnoticable...
Also I find it very simple to setup with a clean GUI. Even has a tap-button. What more could you want from a delay?

As well as the tap button, Massey's has input/output control, mix/feedback control, and then two switches that change the sound. What more could I want from a delay?

H-delay has cool features but I always find myself tweaking them all over and wasting precious time because no matter how much I tweak I still want to tweak some more. With the TD5, I just dial in the fundamentals and move on.

That's essentially what I'm looking for from a delay.

Basically that's how I use H-Delay. I know what to dial in to get the sound I want, and I do not fiddle around with it more than that. Just because there's a button does not mean you have to use it.
But however, to each their own. All I'm saying is, that I think H-Delay is a great delay-plugin. Never tried the Massey - probably never will.

Papen delays
RP-Delay Poly/Ry

I too miss the Avid (Separated) delays for compatibility recalls in 11.
Mod Delay III is Nice, the Air-Delays I don't care for.

Same for Pitch with it's delay n feedback. Hopefully the rumor of 11.1 bringing this back
will prove true.

Not what I meant. Pro Tools 11 has a "digirack" delay plugin that covers all of what the older versions did, but now you don't have to choose between short, medium, long and extra-long. Just call up the stock delay plugin(the AIR delay is ANOTHER plugin, but I'm not a huge fan of that either). Personally, I often found it to be a PITA to call up one of the digirack delays, only to find it would not go long enough, requiring me to swap out for another. Having a single plugin that covers all of those needs seems logical to me

PSP offers a couple of delays that are (in my opinion) better than the Lexicon 42 an 84. They are the 608 Multidelay and Echo. You might want to take a look at them.
