Default Re: programming my artist control?

no replies.

but I did have a poke around..

there is an XML file here

Mac OS:
/Library/Application Support/Euphonix/UserSets/MC2User/MC_User_Set_Root/...

and you can open with text edit.. had a look - and found some of my personal settings in there..

is there a resource I can use to help me learn a little about this?

seems possible I could edit this file to change layouts?

Default Re: programming my artist control?

on further investigation..

the XML is organised into banks which are the "page" numbers

and 24 softkeys

so u can edit these manually ( perhaps back up the original first )

here's my user 1 - I edited it becos for some reason the EuCOntrol app was removing pause commands

I didnt use all the commands yet - but I think this could be useful...

I wished there was a more visual way to do this tho!

Default Re: programming my artist control?

still wishing for this..

I havent made as many keystrokes as I could/ should

balancing between having to do work and having time to improve work flow..'

wished there was some sort of app to copy and paste and easily shift keystrokes around...
