Default What's the fix for a session that throws this message?

The document could not be opened because it was created with an older version of Pro Tools

Session was created 2 days ago on the same version(10.3.8). The system drive is a fresh(as in last night) of the system drive I was working with yesterday on this very session.

BTW, I get the same message if I try to import session data from this session, into a new blank session

Question Re: What's the fix for a session that throws this message?

Do you have session file auto backup turned on? Can you go back to an auto backup copy of the session and workaround the error?

I had that same issue a couple of weeks ago. Recorded a song with a band in another studio, saved a second version of the song to do some editing. The edited version wouldn't open in my studio, while the original would. The last auto backup version of the edited song would also open. 10.3.8 in Windows 8 in both studios.
