9.0.2 bug? or Feature

After updating PT..
When I launch PT, Soundminer also launches SOUNDMINER and asks "Would you like to change your Transfer Path and Transfer Attributes to match this session?"
Click okay or cancel and Soundminer opens completely. If I try to open a PT session by double clicking the cycle happens again. PT files will not launch by double clicking.. must go to 'Open'. This is really annoying.
This is happening on 2 different HD systems.
