Question Euphonix MC Control / EuControl - 3 challenges

I have a new MC Control. I spent a day trying to work out how to programme custom assignments for it. Most of the eucon-aware applications work fine, though there are some issues still. Here are my outstanding challenges, should you wish to accept them.

The challenges may seem odd - but the purpose is to know how to be =able= to do them.

(1) Method for assigning a fader to the system volume control (or for that matter, iTunes volume control)
(2) Method for assigning the transport keys to Quicktime Player.
(3) Within Logic Pro 9: Method for assigning faders to any automation other than volume.

All the Euphonix marketing I can find says that the entire surface can be used with any software.
