Foler Tracks Spill

Any way to have them independent of the mix and edit window? Example: Have them spilled out in the mixer but collapsed in the folder in the edit window?
Cant seem to find this. I have the edit window all tidied up but want certain things available in the mix window. Bummer if this can't be done!!
