Pro Tools 10 Students

I had to call the number too. Reg'd in Jan 2011.

They said that they had a problem in their system registering in January and Feburary. There is a good chance that you will not get your email if you are a student crossgrader that purchased in January 2011 unless you call in and request it. The customer service rep verified my info very quickly and then sent my email not even 10 minutes later.

Updated my laptop to lion and ptx and its running extremely smooth. Still waiting on my main machine and probably will for quite awhile.

I still haven't received my upgrade email. Is this normal? I believe its been over a week since they were supposed to be sent out. Help?

I bought my Pro Tools 9 EDU box on 2 may 2011
I still haven't received my upgrade tot Pro Tools 10.

If you registered earlier this year, there was a glitch in there system. I just called and they're sending me an upgrade email. I bought PT9 full student and registered in January 2011.

I filled the form in... though I'm not entirely convinced it was the correct form, given that I've already registered my PT9 Student back in Feb...?

How long does it usually take to get a response / download link?

you have to go into your avid account, goto your products section ( may take a couple click to get their because it takes you to another page where you once again click your products, and beneath your licenses is a downloads tab, the full installer is their. For the longest time I thought disc owners didn't get the download version of 9 but i found all the 9 full installers are here as well.
