Pro Tools doesnt start anymore - help please

Hi!
I'm using the mbox2 with a macbook. I installed it several month ago and it worked after a little starting problems. It was used a few times but then i havent recorded for a few weeks.Now i wanted to start it again but it simply does not open.nothing happens when i want to start it.in the meantime i installed also logic 8 pro on the macbook and used it with the mbox2. is it possible that this is the reason that pro tools suddenly doesnt work??is there anything i can do to make it work again??

It may be an update to the OS (e.g Quicktime) which is causing the launch failure. Try either the combo OS update or the PACE prebinding script. Details about halfway down the following page.
