PTF activation error

I downloaded PTF, and the first time I launched it got this error: "Activation failed. There are no remaining iLok assets in your account". I removed and re-installed it, but still get the same error. Also, I don't see PTF listed in my iLok account.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
