steven slate drums user kits

for some reason I have no user kits even though I have followed instructions. any help is appreciated. thanks

I just fired up SSD4 today for a session and my kits would not load. I went and reloaded the liscence file and that worked for me.

how did you do that?

Go to settings , select Base Directory , Select Liscence File . Should be in your SSD folder. If not download it from Slate " your account." See if that works

The license file is where it should be. When I go to where the tab says factory default , it shows my saved kits. When ever I click on one it crashes pro tools.
Whenever I go to construct kit and click on the kit icon it doesn't show user kits.

SSD4 is an absolute disaster of monumental proportions. The fact that they have not done ANY updates since the initial AAX release is ridiculous. The crashing when loading a preset is a known issue.
