Avid S1 Sleepy faders

I'm getting random sleepy faders from my Avid S1 setup. The Scribble strip shows the fader value rather than the name of the track and is completely unresponsive. The other fuctions of that strip work, just not the fader. The only remedy for this that I have found is to completely shutdown the computer and all the units then re-boot and re-open everything. -This only seems to work about 50% of the time though. If there a better way to reset a sleepy fader? On my s3 I just turned it off and back on again, on the S1 that doesn't work to reset the fader.

Protools: 2022.10
Eucon 2022.9.0.44
Mac Pro 2019 12 Core, 128Gig RAM
OS: 10.15.5
4 S1s
1 Dock
2 ipad for S1 Meters
1 ipad for Avid Control
Avid Control desktop metering the other 2 S1s

Pretty big Atmos session that seems to run great except for Eucon.

Hello: I'm having a similar problem with both my S1's. I'll be riding a fader in record, then, suddenly, it acts as though it's not being touched. Other than restarting have had any other solutions? Thank-you.

When did you buy this S1? Can you post the serial too?

I've started to have this problem too on 2 units purchased new 6 months ago. One fader on each are becoming problematic. Serial numbers ENEOZ30700214C
ENEOZ30700163C
