Default Pro Tools M Powered and EastWest?

Hi,

I was looking to run EastWest's Complete Composers PLAY Edition with my Pro Tools M-Powered. Are these two compatible?

Thanks.

Absolutely!

I'm using PLAY in the form of SD2 - fantastic stuff....

I assume you're using M-Powered 8 ?

I heard that PLAY does not run well with RTAS.

Please - don't start this again....
That's all been discussed here:

Personally, I've had no problems.

Hello.

Sorry, but i'm new and i did not know of this thread, so please forgive me for that.

I didn't really find that thread helpful, there was no confirmation that PLAY works will with PT 8, not to mention the M-Powered 8 version, or 8.0.3 which is the version i'd like to run it in.

What version of PT are you running PLAY in?
Are you running PT on MAC, or PC?

Hi there Dan,

Like YoRugMan stated there is, at least I think it is, enough info in that thread. I've been posting my experience in there during and after installation of the ccc. And if you've seen my details below my postings you can see I'm running W7 64 Ultimate with M-Powered 8.0.3cs1. I had a little jumpy start but it runs like a charm as RTAS within PT. You will not be disappointed to buy this wonderful piece of software.

Thank you soo much for your information, Ludia!!

I do agree that PT is fantastic aswell as EW, combined them together and it's really something else. :)

So a computer running 64 bit Windows 7 with a quad-core Intel processor and 6 gigs of memory would work?

I'm kind of new to this...thanks!
