So I get no signal on any of my db25 outputs. Very strange since I have been using them to feed a headpone amp with no problem. now nothing, when I take an out put and plug it directly into my headphone amp . AAAARRRRGGGG. I need real one on one live help. Anyone hear from Gainesville fl?

My guess is going to be the Console is messed up. It's already bit you with the other issue. Have you messed with the I/O matrix?

Are you following this: https://help.uaudio.com/hc/en-us/art...s-in-Pro-Tools

Maybe start with a full reset of the Console.

You should plan on spending hours or maybe a day or so just playing with Console with the manual open, start stand-alone with no DAW running, You have to get comfortable/understand Console. UAD also have lots of videos on YouTube and a good support forum (I don't see any real Pro Tools issues in the problems you've been having).

---

One other thing I'll do is put signal gen on a track and multi-select (i.e. CTRL-click on the outputs) *all* the outputs in the interface as outputs for that track. Then start probing with a multimeter etc. and see if they all have signal. A quick way to find problems where there is no signal.
