Default Sudden run out of cpu?

So now , out of the blue, my sessions(which i've beem working on for months with no issues) keep running out of cpu . Anyone have any ideas why this would happen?

All my system specs are listed. And the only plugin I have insatlled lately is Karzog k3 clip.Howeer, that was a few weeks ago and I have'nt tried it yet and this new situation with the cpu is only in the last few days.

Hi sorry im on tapatalk i have to enter to your profile to see your system specs. I see 2 systems there ... wich one ? Your are on windows and it is a little unstable sometimes imho . Check your optimizitions in the Bios on both systems just in case.

Any time you suspect a plugin to be the issue(and this can happen without the plugin actually being used in the session), move the plugin out of the Plugins folder(put it anywhere you like) and re-open Pro Tools to test. If things are still a mess, you can move it back for the next time you run PT(the point is to get PT to not see the plugin exists, but you don't need to actually uninstall it). Another thing worth trying for any "odd" behavior is; trash prefs
