How to remove User guides and information from workspace browser

How to remove User guides and information from workspace browser

Help, it seems every time I start up Protools 7.4.2 I get a file generated in the workspace browser "User Guides and Information". I have tried deleting it but I am unable to do so, the list of "User guides and information" is getting more and more!! Any ideas please.
