Getting com.apple.installer.pagecontroller error -1 when trying to install PT LE8.0.1

Anyone know how I can get around this error or how I can correct it? I just purchased an Eleven Rack, still with the Digi name badge, from Guitar Center and I keep getting this error when trying to install Pro Tools LE 8.0.1 on my MacBook Pro. I have OS X Lion 10.7.3 on the Mac. The error says that it can't open "Install Pro Tools LE.mpkg". Anyone have ideas or know what I'm doing wrong? I'd sure appreciate the help!
