Hey Avid, your support phone number doesn't work
Hey Avid, you support phone number, found on this page: 650-731-6100 doesn't work. I get a message from Verizon saying that the number is no longer in service.
Anyway, I have a problem with my PT9 install on an Mac Pro, running OSX 10.6. The registration page won't go away. it keeps asking me to register Protools, which I have already done. If I go through the registration process and fill out all of the information, then it will say that it is already registered. But then it will come back the next time I start Protools. How do I get out of this ridiculous loops of registration errors?

Thanks for reporting the phone problem, our IT group is looking into it.
Regarding the reg window, we have heard this from a few other customers so we published kb349391 which provides a workaround. |
