TLaudio ivory 5051?

i gotta get me a pre amp , after spending allot of money upgrading my studio with nice acustics , monitors , convertors reverbs external unites etc, it is time to get a pre amp for my AKG c 414 uls wich i love.
there are allot of [bleep] out there , : tube amps for 100 $ that i wouldnt touch , i dont belive in waisting money for 3 class products , i belive in saving untill you have enogh for buying somthing that would serve me for long time , but somtimes we gotta make a choise like myself and buying somthing in the middle class.
so , i have cheaked all over the web for 500$ - 700$ mic pre's , and the ones that i can get in france..... even if we have allot of music and pro audio stores here , they dont have every thing , but the TLaudio products have charmed me every time , any users with experiance on that unit?

YES, YES and YES. The mid class stuff is great an the high end is incredible.

Not so much for extreme bending but to decently tweak it right.

You can buy a fully assembled kit for under or around the price your willing to pay!or you can build it yourself..either way its a steal!they're solid state
or try the SPL Gainstation for Tube-ness which is a little more but one of the nicest sounding tube-pres out at the moment!

Yeah, TL Audio stuff is great... if you can find it. I've been saving for over 6 months to buy the TL Audio M3 Tubetracker. Sweetwater had it for $3,200... then it shot up to like $4,500... now it's no longer there, and neither is any of the other TL Audio stuff. I saw it online recently for over $5,000! What's the deal?

I've got the HHB version of the 5001 quad mic pre (HHB rebranded the TLAudio stuff for a while - don't know if they still do). It's a great unit, and my main front end to an 001.
