Default Renewing PT Ultimate did not work
hi,

we renewed a PT Ultimate licence/Subscription/support... but we did not receive a iLok activation...... we´d need to work on this system right now... Shouldn´t we get an activation code or anything similar? ... our order id is Order Id # 7760325 .. this sucks!

Hi,
Was this under a different Email than the Email you used to register on the duc?
I can only find a Perpetual Ultimate License the has a support+updates plan that ends on December next year. Is this the same license you're referring to?
I've started a support ticket on this. the webstore team will be in touch soon.

Therefor that Avid has not realized that most AudioPostHouses would benifit greatly from a Collaboration_Feature within a Studio-Network internally, we had to create a second AVID Account, to collaborate over the internet from Room_A to Room_B .. so ... the account I´m talking about is .. bh(at)overdub(dot)at ...

thx.. done that already a few times in the past.. letz see if we still have some mail-adress left to create a new trial-account ... hehe.. some much money for subscriptions and nothing works..
