But Thanks for the idea. We uninstalled a long time ago. I just can’t understand why they can’t have a ”stay logged in” option on the Link App? It really blows my mind as it is a really good option missing. Having to log in with long email addresses and passwords every time is annoying for sure!
Understood on your first comment.
But for the second one having a 'stay logged in' doesn't always work. I have several plugins/utilities that can't remember their logins even though I click the 'remember me' button so I don't have much faith in a 'stay logged in' to work as it should.

Remember that IT guys are another breed. They think differently. They know better what is good for us.

Sorry for being sarcastic but it IS like that.

HA didn't realise you could uninstall it. Thanks, at least they made that easy, I just assumed it was going to be hell and didn't look into it.

Ever since it first appeared as Application Manager it's been a 50/50 crash on boot This never changed across 3 different systems. If you try to close it too quickly after it starts it just crashes.

It's nice that Avid provided uninstallers

Avid Link is installed automatically, but if you choose to you can uninstall later

Not sure about Mac, but on Windows I just set it not to load at startup. I only use it to check for updates to plug-ins.
