Signal Lost intermittently while In Record.
The signal drop twice. First time lost signal, 4 seconds. and then for 1 second. Attached 2 photos of the session.

This happened on 2408 #1, signal lost on all 8 channels
2408 #2 no signal problem (recording 16 channels)
I've been doing this weekly for years with no problems.

Also using a project file from my template.*I had no input signal on channel 2 while recording*(2408#1). Still no Signal*after troubleshooting.

*Although making 2 new project files from the same template. No problems. I tried this several times last night.

*In the photo there is a spike were the signal dropped. This made me think it was a hardware problem.?

I tried using 2 new files from the same template. I could not replicate the problem. Did a 90 minute test record and no lost of signal.

I’m concerned about this problem*reoccurring in another session. Has this issue been reported before?

Actually, the "spike" happens when the signal comes back (your pics are upside-down).

Pardon me for being obvious but check all of your multi-pin connections to be sure nothing has come loose, including analog D-Subs and any digilink or optical connections. Maybe try swapping the 2408s and see if that does anything?

Yes, I noticed the pics. Not sure why they uploaded upside down. Pics are correct on my mac. I'll try another upload.

I did check the obvious. The Dsubs and switched the 2408's.

All was well for a few days, when doing Hours of testing.
Now have output meters moving on all tracks, main out on the C24 and 2408's, but not getting sound.
(Monitors tested) C24 "Main" button on monitor selected.

No sound Even through the headphone out of the 2408 and c24. Shutdowns, Restarts, and refresh Motu audio PCI app.
