He probably hasn't posted enough to be able to add pictures or links.
From his post he either has a perpetual license or has paid for a year's subscription. It seems like, if it is/while it may be a year's subscription, payment is being taken monthly. Since this is a USERS forum and not Avid Support, his best route is to contact Avid. It will/should be free as it's a licensing issue.

What license do you have? Did you purchase the HD annual upgrade/support plan without owning the software to begin with?
