Avid Account Issues - Help!

I can't find any solution to my problem on the AVID site, and there is no direct email I can contact to get an answer that I can find.

I have had the same AVID account for 5 years, hadn't logged on since January of 2013, but decided to access my account to possibly upgrade to PT11. However, I could not remember my password, but where my issue is, the email that is the login for my AVID account is my old college email which was deactivated December of 2012, so there is literally no way to retrieve a temporary email so I can login to the account.

I am lost on what I need to do. Has anyone had a similar issue to this and had a resolution? If I were to call the AVID support line, are they going to charge me to fix this issue?
