Anyone have any ideas or know where I can start i have looked and e-mailed Ascap, BMI, Sesac, Sound Exchange and havent gotten anything back, which I thought would happen. Any help would be Great

Isn't it illegal... If I understand you correctly, I believe under the copyright law, a song can not be purchased or sold.

I assume the way to go is to purchase the publishing rights...but I wouldn't know where one would start.
(I hear Michael Jackson might need to unload his Beatles publishing!!! how's your budget? )

Yes purchasing a publishers catalog is very legit but be prepared to dish out big money depending on the status of the artist/catalog/etc.

Ross I tried to email you but received a "Undelivered Mail Returned". Can you please let me know how I can reach you... [email protected]

Thanks...
