D-Control and surround monitors
Hey guys - can some of you D-Control with surround users give me some feedback on this?
Every photo I see of the D-Control with its (user added) LCD screen makes we worry about the location and acoustic usability of a near or mid-field surround monitor. Even when you go through all the facility photos of all the installs on the website, there aren't many who seem to have a 5.1 setup based on near or mid-field monitors. The normal problems of stereo monitors on the meter bridge and reflections off the console surface have been around for 40 years, but this seems like a much larger problem to deal with. How do you get an even L, C & R image with this gorgeous console and its monitor in the way!

Re: D-Control and surround monitors
I had the same problem with a D-Command. I just got two of the Argosey monitor arm lifts and have my two monitors (two computers; audio/video). It goes like this..... L monitor1 C monitor2 R
