Default Win7 10.3.8 Timeline Bug

Just to report, I am experiencing a minor bug with the presentation of barlines in the Bar:Beat ruler in the edit view. I am recording a piece in 6:8, but very strangely I get a vertical line at the 4th quaver and the 6th quaver in each bar. If I reboot the session the error persists, so it's not transient.

Sometimes, this error causes erroneous graphics beyond the physical limits of the pane, and puts them in the Clip list! If I reboot the session, this error is corrected.

My system is twin 1900pixel monitors on Windows7x64 with PT HD3 PCI-X cards. Works well for the most part. Note, I have NO plans to go up to v11 and HDX, and am stopping with v10 for the foreseeable. Hoping bug fixes will keep coming for a while in v10.

Any mileage in trying v11 alongside v10?
