Hi,

What is HTDM. Was this advertised by Digi before. Looks promising. Only if this was available for PT LE.

They had a support or questions section and i emaled them about PC RTAS. I also added they should also plan on PC users. Why don't you do the same.

The link is here;

Everyone should do the same. Just keep the emails going.

I posted too. BTW, HTDM is the new standard for host-based TDM plug-ins. HTDM plug-ins can be used exactly like DSP-based TDM plug-ins, i.e. in conjunction with all types of tracks (audio tracks, aux tracks, and master tracks) within a TDM system - taken from NI website.

Hi people,

I take responsibility to keep this thread alive. We have to keep posting to NI site to make them realize that there is a big potential here. However, I think we need at least 200 people for them to take us seriously. So keep firing those emails. If you also post here we could keep track this lobbying is going well.

I just emailed in my request for PC support. I wonder if Digi shares sales/registration information with Third party vendors? If they did, the vendors would already know what percentage of PTLE users are on PC & Mac.

My guess is Digi doesn't share that information and that's why we're left with this "Write-In" campaign. Wouldn't it make more sense if Digi told all the Third party vendors that say "60% of our PTLE user's are registered on Mac and 40% are registered on PC"? You'd think that it would be kind of hard to guage how many sales you may make based on a few email inquiries. But that's all we can do at this stage of the game.

(Please note: I made up those percentages as an example; I have no idea what the true percentages are. No flames please).
