Default Pre-Amp with Pro Tools 10

I have difficulties routing Mic signal through Presonus Studio channel feed it to Pro Tools 10 interface(signal strip). There was no signal as tried to record a take. If I fed the mic through NRV10 fire-wire and there is signal as usual.
I have tried but to no avail. Can anyone help me out with some information on
on what i need to do? I would really appreciate it.

Ware:
Pro Tools 10,
Presonus studio channel,
Blue Baby Bottle Mic and
PC Dual Core 2 64 bit.

Mic>PreAmp>Interface (Line In)>PC>Pro Tools>Correct I/O assignment.

If you mention how you have it connected, it will help sort out why you ar having trouble...

Here is the connectivity,

Blue Condenser Mic is connected to Presonus Studio channel mic input, and TRS output is routed to M-Audio’s Audiophile 192 audio card. Then feed signals to Pro Tools 10.2 .

I could record takes in Reason 6.5 and Sonar XI producer. It also works with Maschine 1.8 as external input take. I am a Heavy Pro Tools User because of its versatility. I hope i could resolve this issue as quick as possible.

I know this might sound like a condescending comment so please don't take offense. Do you have the phantom power on for your preamp? I have done this so many times.

Are you using the XLR input on the Presonus? You will get a very very week signal if you go into the TRS line level input. The mic signal is not line level.

Make sure you assign the correct IO like Lincoln suggested and you have the right output set up on the channel. Also make sure the record Button on the channel is active.

I hope this helps.

Are you trying to run the firewire interface and the M-Audio card at the same time? Windows doesn't like two audio cards/interfaces at the same time with the standard drivers. You have to use ASIO4ALL I believe.

If you're only trying to run the M-Audio card without the fw interface connected - do you have the M-Audio card selected and configured in PT? PT doesn't automatically change cards you have to select which one you want. Hold down the N key when you start PT and it will allow you to select your audio interface of choice.
