Structure Free Browser Hangs

Hey all, I have a problem. Structure Free loads ok, the initial sine wave patch plays, but when I clicked on the browser, I get a spinning ball for over 40 minutes now. The browser has returned the following folders User, User Guide, System and Net. The ball is still spinning ???. I had to shut off my computer to get out of this.

GPROD do you know if Structure Free has a AIR Data Base File? \Digidesign\DAE\AIR\Content if there is delete it and insert Structure Free again.

That does indicate a file issue.

Also your specs say iMac. The latest iMac's are not officially Qualified.

Filosofem, thanks for all your help. Before I do anything, I just want to be sure since everything else works fine, I have even imported HD sessions that work fine so I want to be real careful......
1. I have a digidesign Data base on my ext. HD
It has a unicode folder, in the unicode folder are two files: Volume.ddb
and WaveCache.wfm. Are you saying move everything to trash ?

2. DAE, where is it , what is it ? I dont see a folder or file by this name
anywhere.

Nope, none of those GPROD. The directory on PC is System Drive:\Program Files\Common Files\Digidesign\DAE\AIR\Content on Mac I'm unsure but you want the DAE folder that your Plug-Ins folder is kept.

If there is no AIR Data Base File then you should use a workaround like Workspace. And submit a Bug Report.
