Default MicroLynx - for AV and PT?

Does the MicroLynx (which AV uses for serial control of decks) work for Pro Tools as well? This is posted in the AV forum since starting with AV 4.0, Pro Tools was part of the bundled package.

Thanks!
Sam

Default Re: MicroLynx - for AV and PT?

Pro Tools supports Sony 9-pin or Videomedia V-LAN protocols only. Unfortunately, the Microlynx is not supported for Machine contole.

The Microlynx can be used for syncing/resolving Pro Tools to an external timecode source.

Thanks,

Jon Connolly
