Default Arturia V Collection 4 in PT 2018

Despite doing a complete re-instal of my Arturia V Collection 4 in AAX format I cannot get PT2018 to recognise the Arturia collection of software instruments. All I get is the standard selection of instruments included in the PT2018 package.

All my other non PT's plug-ins have activated perfectly.

Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong and how I can get PT2018 to recognise my Arturia V Collection ?

Default Re: Arturia V Collection 4 in PT 2018

I actually did this so please don't be offended-all arturias are stereo so they only show up in stereo aux/audio tracks stereo plugins menu, not mono. I spent 20 minutes on this one day not realizing I had accidentally created a mono track when I thought I had created stereo. I'm not in front of my setup so I cant check if they show up in instrument track menus(some VIs I have wont instantiate on instrument tracks for some reason) so I would first check on each type of stereo track to see if they are in the list(Aux.,inst. audio). Also if you select in preferences to display plugins by manufacturer you can check to see if Arturia is in the plug in menu.

In addition to the above V Collection 4 may not be compatible with OSX Sierra (if your profile page info is right). It's two revisions behind the current VC6.

Take a look and see if the Arturia plugins are in the aax folder.

Something to try is to trash the PT databases with Pete Gates's utility and have PT rescan the plugins.
