Sorry, I've been meaning to reply.

When you say this:
- I did this:
IP address: 10.0.0.2
Subnet Mask: 255.255.0.0

What do you mean and why are you doing that ?

I found the IP address on the Mix, but the IP on my windows 10 is different. Should I make them both the same? If so, how do I do that?

If you found the IP on the Mix that must mean it was set to a static address. You need both the Mix and the computer set to DHCP (these are the defaults so not sure how they get changed)

So, go back to the Mix and set it to DHCP (where you saw the IP address)
In windows find the Networking Control Panel and the adapter you are using for EUCON in its properties make sure it looks like this image

May I add to this thread?

I did the reboot with command thing and I see the DHCP thing. But I don't see how to "proceed" beyond that. What key do I hit to "accept" the DHCP?

Also I'm noticing the other end of my cable at my router doesn't light up... meaning, it doesn't appear to have a connection. I've tried a couple of cables to no avail... seems like it should light up there?

Yes that's the first thing I tried. Also just swapped cables again with one which is for sure working with my wifi hotspot.

Can you please verify how I get beyond the IP address? It's showing "use DHCP yes" in the upper left, but how do I get it to move to the next screen? Hitting other keys seems to bring up static IP address-related options.

OR... maybe it will move on from that display automatically once it gets an IP address?

EDIT.. missed that part in the manual. So I hit page/page again, and now I'm back to the "AVID" across all eight channels.

BUT... no light shows up on my network switch. Tried a different device on the end of the same cable, and light comes on at the switch.

Is it possible I have a bad Artist Mix now? It has been sitting unused in an install. I'm trying to revive it to put it in a different install, so any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
