Getting no sound, any ideas.

I have Samplecell loaded with a wav file to listen to and I hit play and nothing moves or there is no sound. I have tried it with directconnect ( same way reaktor is set-up) and on it's own. But no sound. Any ideas?

If you open a Sample Map window for one of your Instruments and click on the keyboard at the bottom of the screen, do you hear the sample play?
