Default "You do not have any licenses in your account" launching Pro Tools 12

I am a new user with pro tool 12, I have already my subscription active from 12/29/2015 but I am not able to use the software due this issue. I have installed pro tools 12.4.0294 / window 7.
Could you please help me to solve this, thank you for your support.

Message from Pro tools 12:

"You do not have any licenses in your account or none of these licenses there have activation available"

"You do not have any pending deliveries for the license(s) you need to authorize the software"

I have the same problem after a problem with my PT 12 subscription. All licences are up to date and showing on my iLok but can't reactivate on start up.

Your account shows you activated your license to your iLok2 after posting this, so please let us know if you are still having trouble.

Your license shows it expired, but I see you have an annual subscription. I would suspect a billing issue, so I deposited a temp license and started a case for CS to help solve this.

I have exactly the same problem as indeed I see a lot of others have.

Unfortunately, I've had this problem multiple times this year with the 1 annual subscription I have. It's getting to be routine now. I call a couple days out from the expiration date and ask for a temp license until they get it sorted. I'll be calling tomorrow. Tiring for sure.

This thread is about Subscription Licenses, but you have an Upgrade Plan with a Perpetual License. Please post details to the related thread, or better yet... click Create A Case next to your Pro Tools System ID in my.avid.com > Access The Support Center > Equipment to start a support case with your info. Thanks!

Your Pro Tools Subscription license is up to date, so shouldn't be a problem.

similar problem. I have a subscription license until May 2017 but my ilok is now saying that my license expired or is waiting renewal. I have a case number 03076219 but help would be appreciated.
