Losing QWERTY keyboard functionality with open plugin windows
I'm losing QWERTY keyboard functionality (on certain things, like the <return>, <3>, <esc>,<`> keys) when I have an open plugin window.
Obviously this is making it pretty darn annoying to record automation moves, not to mention killing overall workflow. Space bar seems to be working, though. So do a couple of keyboard shortcuts, like open MIDI editor. As soon as I close the plugin window, full QWERTY functionality is restored. The plugins this has occurred with so far today have been: NI Absynth 4, Boom, Xpand. Boom is the worst. Is this a known issue, and is anyone else having this problem? (tried a search on the DUC and couldn't find any threads.) Help me, Digi system specs: Pro Tools LE 8 cs2 , Mbox 2 Pro OS X 10.5.6 iMac 3.06 GHz Core 2 Duo, 4GB RAM external Lacie FW drive (500 GB) |
